Michael Kevin Lallana, 32-year old man from Fullerton (California), was sentenced to 6-months in jail , three years’ probation and required to register as a sex-offender, for ejaculating and depositing semen into an attractive co-worker’s water bottle – which she later drank from (read earlier story – Man found guilty of ejaculating into “attractive female co-worker’s water bottle – twice!). They both worked at Northwestern Mutual Finance Network in Newport Beach.

After ejaculating into the water bottle, he left the water bottle on her desk which she eventually drank and with the taste figured out that something was not right.

Tiffany testified that she left her water bottle on her desk in the Newport Beach office on a Friday in January of last year. She said that when she returned the following Monday and drank from the bottle, she tasted what she believed to be semen.

“I had a hunch that’s what it was, but I wouldn’t dream in a million years that’s what it was,” she said.

After being transferred to the company’s office in Orange, the woman said she again tasted semen in her water last April 6. Up to that point, she had been more careful with her water, dumping it when she left, she said.

Tiffany testified she threw the water bottle away that January. But after the second time in April, she kept the fouled liquid and asked her fiancee put his semen in a water bottle to see if that’s what she had tasted at work.Source: www.talesmen.com

His excuse for the act – because he was attracted to the colleague (identified by first name and last name initial- Tiffany G.) and that her lips touched the bottle, it turned him on.

His attorneys argued he did not commit criminal battery because there was no application of force, Zimmon said. They also contended Lallana was driven by “narcissistic personality disorder,” not sexual purposes, Zimmon said.

“Their excuse was that he just did this because he was immature,” Zimmon said.Source: latimesblogs.latimes.com

But the victim claims that the incidence had scarred her for life.

The victim issued an impact statement Friday to the court Friday, saying Lallana’s actions had harmed her emotionally and physically and that she felt it was a form of rape.

“Mr. Lallana has stripped me of my ability to trust,” she said.Source: latimesblogs.latimes.com

I understand that what Lallana was disgusting but was the crime serious enough to get on the sex offender list? Should he be in the same list as rapists, molesters, etc.? Please add your views in the comments!
