Fernando Alonso has told fans that the new Ferrari, as yet un-named, is almost ready and is 100% on track for its debut at the end of the month.
Alonso was talking to fans through a special web chat on the official Ferrari website, and said a full mock up car was in place and he was seat fitting this week in Maranello.
the new car is expected to take to the Fiorano circuit on 28th January, before going off to Valencia for the full first official test of the 2010 machinery.
“It’s almost ready.” Alonso said
“I’m here in Maranello today to prepare the seat and other things connected to the debut on the track. I think that the Ferrari will be competitive and I really hope to bring the drivers’ title here to Maranello.”
